IVAO Belarus is proud to invite all pilots to our special event dedicated to the opening of the world-famous international arts festival "Slavic Bazaar". Viciebsk (UMII) becomes the cultural capital of the region during these days, and we are opening the skies to welcome everyone! Whether you are flying a heavy jet or a small GA aircraft, we provide full ATC coverage between the capital, Minsk (UMMS), and Viciebsk (UMII).
