Event Details

IVAO Peru invites pilots and controllers to take part in the 24H Full ATC SPJC — Non-Stop Operation, a special event featuring continuous air traffic control coverage at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima. From 00:01z until 23:59z on August 9, 2026, SPJC will remain active for almost 24 consecutive hours, offering pilots the opportunity to operate national and international flights at any time of the day. Participants can expect a realistic and coordinated environment with different traffic levels, procedures and operational conditions throughout the event. Pilots should prepare their flight plans, review the latest charts and AIRAC information, and be ready to comply with ATC instructions, possible delays, holdings, vectors and speed restrictions. Controllers will also have the opportunity to support the operation by booking available ATC positions and helping maintain continuous service during the entire event. Whether you are flying into Lima, departing from SPJC or providing ATC coverage, this event is an excellent opportunity to improve your skills and enjoy a full day of activity on the IVAO network
