Do you have the correct answer? Then you are cleared to land. At Tenerife South (GCTS), every arrival will put more than just your flying skills to the test. During the approach, ATC will ask the pilot a question. The question may be asked at any point during the approach, so stay alert and monitor the frequency. ?Correct answer: ➡️ Continue the approach and land as cleared. ? Incorrect answer: ➡️ Go around and re-enter the approach sequence for another attempt. Prepare your flight, choose an aircraft you are comfortable operating, stay alert and be ready to provide the correct answer when ATC asks. At Tenerife South, the answer is the key to landing.
