The valley geometry, offset localizers, and the 3.7‑degree glidepath require disciplined energy management and confident hand‑flying. Whether you choose the RNAV transitions or the LOC/DME procedures, you’ll be navigating one of the continent’s most distinctive approach environments. Fly between these two stunning airports and put your skills to the test. Please note: Sion has limited parking for larger aircraft such as the A320 and B737. Pilots are encouraged to select suitable aircraft types — turboprops, regional jets, and business jets are ideal for this event.
