Event Details
The IVAO Brazil Events Department invites you to fly in the Formula 1 - São Paulo GP event. The São Paulo Grand Prix keeps Brazil's Formula 1 tradition alive, dating back to 1972 and becoming part of the World Championship in 1973. Interlagos welcomes another edition fuelled by the passion of Brazilian fans. In 2026, Kimi Antonelli leads the championship for Mercedes, ahead of George Russell and Lewis Hamilton. Depending on the results of the preceding rounds, Interlagos could be the setting for his first World Championship title, adding another historic title decider to the Brazilian circuit's legacy. For the home fans, this edition also marks Gabriel Bortoleto's first São Paulo Grand Prix with Audi, while the country celebrates Rafael Câmara's confirmed move to Haas for 2027, strengthening Brazil's presence on the grid.
