Event Details

The IVAO Events Department is pleased to present the next edition of the Mega Destination 2026 event series: Mega Destination Americas. Come fly in/to the western hemisphere and undertake a flight to: Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (KDTW - US), Ministro Pistarini International Airport (SAEZ - AR), Brasília–President Juscelino Kubitschek International Airport (SBBR - BR) and Rafael Núñez International Airport (SKCG - CO). As a destination event, pilots are free to choose their departure airport from any part of the world with the end point being one of the destinations mentioned above. However, for this year we would like to add a bit of a challenge to give it a twist. Please note: >> Departure airport can be any airport in the world (except KDTW, SAEZ, SBBR & SKCG). >> The airborne time (take-off to landing) of the flight performed has to be at least 01:30h. >> The departure time can be before the event start time (allowing long-hauls flights to be performed as well) however the flight has to land at destination within the event time frame.
