FLY-IN CARACAS, evento Cívico-Militar que consistirá en volar desde cualquier destino del país hacia la Base Aérea Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda ubicada en la ciudad de Caracas, el propósito es conmemorar el Día de la Independencia de Venezuela realizando un pase sobre el Paseo Los Próceres.
