Event Details

This is the first US-SO Event in a long time so the US-SO Department would like to start off with something simple to get everyone used to it, controllers and pilots alike. It’ll be a general open range day at the NTTR with Pilots/Flights getting 15-30 minutes each to perform whatever exercise they’d like within an allotted sector in the NTTR. For this they will be taking off from either Nellis or Tonopah, preferably IFR, climbing out via A-481 and holding in the Desert MOA before being cleared into the NTTR, Cancelling IFR for their exercise and Returning to Base, also preferably after picking up IFR again.
